The hotel provided spacious rooms with a mini fridge and a small kitchen sink, though the tub was different from the picture. The service was extremely helpful and attentive, warning us about safety issues. The location was well laid out and close to Fair Park events, albeit in a rough area. The excellent dining offered abundant and delicious options for a satisfying experience.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had some issues like tape on them, missing baseboards, and rust in the bathroom, but they were spacious with 2 double beds and a sofa bed. There was also a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. On the bright side, the service was a mix of warnings about safety issues and not-so-sympathetic responses, but there was also a great customer service experience overall. The location was convenient for getting back on the road and visiting nearby attractions, although it lacked enough lighting. The dining options were somewhat hit or miss, with some good entries like the pancake machine and famous cinnamon rolls, though not everything was up to par. The facilities were decent, but some fine-tuning could make them even better.
